• What should you do to take advantage of this opportunity?
  o Step 1: Go to www. payitforwardscholarships.com
  o Step 2: Click on “Parents”.
  o Step 3: Familiarize yourself with the information on the left
  side in the light green box.
  o Step 4: If you have question, click on “FAQS” or contact

  o Step 5: When you are ready to process your scholarships form,
  click on “getting started”.
  o Step 6: Fill out the form including your social security number.
  o Be sure to put your child’s name in the student location and
  click “submit.”
  o Step 7: When you receive your approval from the GA. Dept. of
  Revenue, mail a copy along with your check to Pay it Forward
  Scholarships. Their address is Pay it Forward Scholarships,
